Print file

Ready for your printer.

This is the file we hand over. A real label for GREAT Smoothie in a 215 ml glass bottle: CMYK, bleed, trim line and a place for every mandatory element. Only the approved version goes to print.

GREAT Smoothie mango and apricot label, print file with bleed: nutrition table, front with logo, ingredients, barcode and packaging symbols

Print file: 173 × 63 mm with bleed, 165 × 55 mm trimmed. CMYK (FOGRA39), PDF/X-4. Designed for KGH Group, GREAT brand.

  1. Bleed and trimThe background runs 4 mm past the trim line, so no white edge is left after cutting. The trimmed label is 165 × 55 mm.
  2. FrontLogo, product name and flavor in the middle of the label, where shoppers look on the shelf.
  3. Nutrition tableTable layout and type size: in the EU, an x-height of at least 1.2 mm. The values come from the producer.
  4. IngredientsIngredients and extra information in one block. Allergens, if any, are set apart in the type.
  5. Best before and batchWhere to find the best-before date and batch number. Here: on the top of the bottle or on the cap.
  6. Net quantity and ℮For 200 to 1000 ml, the figures are at least 4 mm tall.
  7. BarcodeSet vertically, like a ladder, so the curve of the bottle doesn’t distort it. Contrast and quiet zones for the checkout scanner.
  8. Packaging symbolsMaterial code (glass, GL 70) and the disposal symbol, at a size people can recognize.
  9. Producer and QR codeProducer details and the QR code inside the safe area, away from the trim line.

The label content (ingredients, nutrition values, claims and symbols) comes from the producer, who is responsible for its legal compliance. We take care of the technical side: bleed, colors, type size and barcode readability.

Reviews from our Google Business Profile, September 2026. Translated from Polish.

I highly recommend working with Lorenc Studio. From the first call, Łukasz listened to our needs and suggested solutions that fit. The whole team kept an eye on the deadline, and we were guided step by step through the entire process :) Our company materials are consistent and very elegant. Communication was fast, even in the evenings ;) We received print and web files and a short guide on how to use them day to day. I recommend them to anyone who wants professional graphics and smooth service.

The label design, print files (CMYK PDF with bleed, on your printer’s die-line) and a file check before print. Copyright is transferred once the invoice is paid.

How long does it take?

Łukasz · Lorenc Studio

The first label takes up to 7 business days from receiving your materials. Extra variants usually take 2–3 days after you approve it, about three variants a day for a longer range. Have a print date? Mention it in the brief.

Can you prepare the file for my printer?

Łukasz · Lorenc Studio

Yes. Send us the die-line or label size and your printer’s spec (stock, colors, bleed) and we’ll build the file to match. Printing is not included in the design price.

Will you check the label content?

Łukasz · Lorenc Studio

We check the technical side: type size of mandatory information (at least 1.2 mm in the EU), barcode readability, bleed and colors. The content itself (ingredients, nutrition values, claims) comes from the producer, who is responsible for its compliance with local rules.

Yes. We work remotely with clients in Europe and the US: briefs by email, calls by phone or video, files by link. We are on Central European Time.

When do I pay?

Łukasz · Lorenc Studio

When the work is done and your files are ready. No upfront payment to start. You pay by bank transfer against an invoice.

What do I need to prepare?

Łukasz · Lorenc Studio

To start, a product description and a few examples you like. For the design: your logo (if you have one), the list of variants, mandatory texts, barcodes and the die-line or label size from your printer.
