For the same budget you get more: smooth animations, polished transitions and a site that loads noticeably faster. You edit content in the content editing panel or in WordPress.

What you get
We set the scope in the brief. Something missing from the list? Add it and we’ll include it in the quote.
- A custom design that you view and approve before the build
- A website written in code, without a heavy page builder: light and fast
- Animations and transitions tuned to your brand
- The site’s mobile version
- On request, a content editing panel for text, prices, photos and posts, or a connection to WordPress
- A separate quote for design and build
A website for desktop and mobile.
This is a sketch your browser put together in a second from your name. The real design starts after the brief, from scratch: we test variants and mockups with AI, and finish the mark and files by hand.
From brief to files in four steps.
Write to us and we’ll reply within one business day. You get a proposed scope, price and timeline, in writing.
Step 1: Brief
A form or a 30-minute call. Whichever you prefer.
Step 2: Proposals
First versions. Something to look at already.
Step 3: Refinement
We finish the chosen direction.
Step 4: Files and launch
All the files. Final payment on delivery.
We set the net amount before we start, and the same amount goes on the invoice unless you change the scope. Business clients outside Poland are invoiced without Polish VAT. You get a full set of files, and we transfer the economic copyright in writing if you need it. An NDA too. See how we work, step by step
Questions: websites
Click a question. Straight answers.
How much does a business website cost?
A business website (home page and 4 subpages, with the mobile version) costs from $920 net without content, and from $1,010 net with a content editing panel. A landing page is from $460 net. We give you the exact price after the brief, before we start.
How much does a landing page cost?
From $460 net, with the mobile version. It’s one page with one offer and one action: a call, a form or a sign-up. Examples in our portfolio: the landing page for the accounting office K100 and the Klub FM landing page for physiotherapists.
Why not WordPress with Elementor?
Because building in a page builder is slow and costly, and the site comes out heavy. When we write in code with AI, we do more for the same budget: animations, transitions and effects, and the site loads much faster. We don’t rule out WordPress: if you need it, we connect it to your site.
Will I be able to edit the site myself?
Yes. With the content editing panel ($90 net) you change text, prices, photos and posts without knowing code. If you prefer WordPress, we’ll connect your site to it. You also get full access to the code.
Do you build online stores?
Yes. A store is added to the site: store design $100 and build $165 net, and payment or delivery integrations from $25. If you prefer WooCommerce on WordPress, we’ll build that too. Our portfolio includes the stores Euromasz, Building Companion, Komturia Natury and Kavya Kavotti.
Can I order only the website design in Figma?
Yes. You pay only for the design, and your developer builds the site from the Figma file.
How long does it take to make a website?
A business website (home page and 4 subpages) usually takes 3–4 weeks, a landing page less. Extra subpages, preparing the content and the time it takes you to approve the design make it longer. We give you the exact date in the quote.

Why we write websites in code, with AI
Sites put together in page builders, for example WordPress with Elementor, work, and many companies still have one. But building them is slow and costly: every section is laid out by hand, and every animation is another plugin or hours of working around the editor’s limits. On top of that, the site drags along code it doesn’t use, so it loads slower, especially on a phone.
Today we write websites in code, and AI tools take over the repetitive part of the work. With a well-set process, you get many times more for the same budget: smooth animations, transitions between sections and effects that draw visitors into the site instead of showing them yet another template. In a page builder, things like that would take several times more hours.
The site is also lighter. It has no page builder, no dozen plugins and no “just in case” scripts, so it loads much faster. Visitors don’t wait for the first screen, and Google takes site speed into account.
AI doesn’t design for us. We leave the layout, typography, content and decisions to the designer, and we check every site by hand on a computer and on a phone. The site you’re looking at now was made this way too.
Landing page, business website or online store
The choice depends on what the customer should do on the site: call, write, buy. Prices below are net.
- Landing page: one page, one offer, one action (a call, a form, a sign-up). It works for an ad campaign, a new service or an event. From $460 with the mobile version.
- Business website: a home page and subpages, for example services, projects, about us, contact. Each service has its own address that you can send to a customer or attach to an ad. Home page and 4 subpages: from $920 with the mobile version, without content.
- Online store: when you sell online. On top of the site you add store design ($100) and its build ($165), and often integrations too, for example payments or delivery ($25–$115 per integration).
You can add a blog to any of them: design $85, build $55. Not sure what to choose? Describe in the brief where your customers come from and what they should do on the site. We’ll suggest a scope, and the decision stays with you.
Design and build: you pay for what you need
We quote each part separately, so you can order:
- design only, in Figma, if your developer will build the site,
- design and build, if you write the content yourself,
- design, build and a content editing panel: a site you can update yourself.
The design is made for your offer and your customers. You view it in a browser and leave a comment on a specific element, for example “a project photo here” or “move this button up”. You see every page before it goes into code, so you ask for changes when they’re simplest.
We handle design and build in one place, so nothing gets lost between the designer and the developer, and you don’t have to be the messenger between them.
Editing after launch: panel, WordPress or code
A site in code doesn’t mean you have to hand every fix to a developer. You choose how you want to change it:
- Content editing panel ($90): a custom panel for your site. You log in with a password and a code from your phone, change text, prices, photos and blog posts, and the site updates itself. The panel has only what your site really has, without hundreds of options where it’s easy to break something.
- WordPress: if your team knows WordPress or you run a blog or products in it, we connect your site to it. The content stays in WordPress, and the site stays light.
- Code: you get full access to the code, so changes can be made by your developer or by us.
Many people will see your site for the first time on a phone: on a bus, in a line, between one meeting and the next. The mobile version is a separately tuned layout: menu, buttons, order of sections, text size. It costs 15% of the desktop version’s price.
New features, for example bookings, a language version or payments, need integrations. If you know about them before we start, put them in the brief. The cost of integrations ($25–$115 net) will then be in the quote, not in a surprise at the end.
What to prepare before we start
For a quote, the brief at the bottom of the page (four short steps) or a 30-minute call is enough. Not everything has to be ready, but these will help:
- a list of the subpages you need, even a rough one,
- the content for your pages,
- your logo and company colors, preferably as vector files,
- photos: of the company, team, projects, products,
- 2–3 sites you like and one sentence on why,
- whether you want a content editing panel or WordPress,
- access to your domain and hosting, if you already have them.
Do you have an old site, for example on WordPress? Give us its address. We’ll check which content and subpages are worth moving and which you can drop.
After the brief we give you a price and a timeline. The price doesn’t change along the way. For orders over $1,000 you pay 50% upfront and the rest when we deliver the files; smaller orders are paid when the work is done.
