Presentation · from $5 net

Company presentation and pitch deck design that your audience understands

Slides packed with text, each in a different style, and the room checks phones before you reach the point? You get a presentation where each slide carries one idea and the numbers are shown in charts and infographics.

In short. A slide of a presentation or pitch deck costs from $20 net, so 12 slides start at $240; an infographic is $65. A project takes 1–2 weeks, and you get a PDF and a file to edit in PowerPoint or Google Slides. Our portfolio includes the pitch decks for Fyto AI and Skogdor, among others. You pay when the work is done.

Slides that lead, not just list.

This is a sketch your browser put together in a second from your name. The real design starts after the brief, from scratch: we test variants and mockups with AI, and finish the mark and files by hand.

Process

From brief to files in four steps.

Write to us and we’ll reply within one business day. You get a proposed scope, price and timeline, in writing.

  1. Step 1: Brief

A form or a 30-minute call. Whichever you prefer.

  2. Step 2: Proposals

First versions. Something to look at already.

  3. Step 3: Refinement

    We finish the chosen direction.

  4. Step 4: Files and launch

All the files. Final payment on delivery.

We set the net amount before we start, and the same amount goes on the invoice unless you change the scope. Business clients outside Poland are invoiced without Polish VAT. You get a full set of files, and we transfer the economic copyright in writing if you need it. An NDA too. See how we work, step by step

Questions

Questions: presentations

Click a question. Straight answers.

How much does a presentation design cost?

Łukasz · Lorenc Studio

We charge per slide: from $20 net. So a 10-slide presentation is from $200 net. We give you the exact price after the brief.

How many slides should a pitch deck have?

Łukasz · Lorenc Studio

Fewer than you think. As many as it takes to show the problem, the solution, the market, the business model, the team and the funding. A dozen or so slides is usually enough, and the details are better moved to an appendix.

Will I be able to edit the presentation myself?

Łukasz · Lorenc Studio

Yes, without asking us for every change. You get an editable file, for example in PowerPoint or Google Slides, and a PDF. You choose the format before we start.

Can you improve an existing presentation?

Łukasz · Lorenc Studio

Yes, it’s a good starting point. Mention it in the brief, and you’ll send the file by email. We can keep the content and redesign the slides from scratch, or organize the content too.

How much does an infographic cost?

Łukasz · Lorenc Studio

$65 net for one. Each shows one main piece of information, so your audience understands it without reading a table.

Company presentation, proposal or pitch deck

Before you choose a type, answer one question: what should the audience do after watching the presentation? Book a meeting, choose an offer, invest. The order of the slides and the amount of text depend on that.

  • Company presentation: who you are, what you do, for whom, with examples of projects. For sales conversations, trade shows, and sending after a first contact.
  • Proposal presentation: one offer for a specific client or tender, with the scope, schedule and price.
  • Pitch deck: for an investor, a fund or a partner. It usually covers the problem, the solution, the market, the business model, competition, the team, finances, and how much money you need and what for.
  • Presentation for a talk: little text on a slide, because you do the talking. A version to send needs more description, because the reader goes through it without you.

So two versions often come in handy: one for the talk and one to email when someone asks for the slides after a meeting.

Does your team prepare presentations on its own? Instead of finished slides you can order a template: a set of layouts (title, text, chart, photo, quote) in your brand’s colors and fonts. We quote a template after the brief.

Infographics and charts instead of tables

Numbers in a table have to be read. The same numbers on a chart are seen at once. From your data we prepare charts, process diagrams, timelines and offer comparisons. Each infographic shows one main piece of information, for example how an order goes step by step or how your packages differ. Not every number needs a chart: when one value matters, a big figure with a short caption is enough.

An infographic as a separate piece costs $65 net. You order it once and use it in many places: in a presentation, on a website, in a catalog, in a post or as a one-page summary of an offer to send to a customer. We need your data in a spreadsheet or a document and one sentence on what the audience should understand from it.

The files you get

You get a PDF to send and print, and an editable file in which you can change text or numbers without a designer, for example when the price changes before the next meeting. You choose the format before we start, depending on what your team works in (for example PowerPoint or Google Slides). If the presentation will be shown on a specific screen or printed, give the proportions in the brief (16:9, A4).

If the brand font isn’t installed on your team’s computers, we pick a substitute available in the chosen program. That way the presentation looks the same on every computer, including the laptop in the conference room.

For a pitch deck and financial data we can sign an NDA before you send anything confidential. We’ll prepare a contract and the transfer of copyright on request.

What to prepare before we start

The brief at the bottom of the page (four short steps) or a 30-minute call is enough. These will help:

  • content in any form: an old presentation, a document, notes,
  • the approximate number of slides,
  • data for charts in a spreadsheet,
  • your company’s logo, colors and fonts,
  • photos of products, projects or the team,
  • who the audience will be and when you need the presentation.

The content doesn’t have to be ready. Bullet points are enough, even ones jotted down quickly on your phone. We’ll put them in an order that leads the audience from the problem to your offer.

After the brief we give you a price and a timeline. We work out the content, layout and charts together, so the presentation has one logic from the first slide to the last.
