Flyer & print · from $15 net

Flyer, brochure and catalog design, ready for print

You have an offer your customer should hold in their hands: at a trade show, in a store, in a mailbox. A piece like that has a moment before it ends up in a drawer. You get a design where the key information is visible at once, and print-ready files.

In short. A one-sided flyer design costs $55 net, a two-sided one $75, a DL brochure $180, business cards $55, and we quote a catalog after the brief. You usually get the print files (PDF with bleeds, CMYK) after about a week. Our portfolio includes 29 projects. You pay when the work is done.

Flyer, brochure and business card in one style.

This is a sketch your browser put together in a second from your name. The real design starts after the brief, from scratch: we test variants and mockups with AI, and finish the mark and files by hand.

Process

From brief to files in four steps.

Write to us and we’ll reply within one business day. You get a proposed scope, price and timeline, in writing.

  1. Step 1: Brief

A form or a 30-minute call. Whichever you prefer.

  2. Step 2: Proposals

First versions. Something to look at already.

  3. Step 3: Refinement

    We finish the chosen direction.

  4. Step 4: Files and launch

All the files. Final payment on delivery.

We set the net amount before we start, and the same amount goes on the invoice unless you change the scope. Business clients outside Poland are invoiced without Polish VAT. You get a full set of files, and we transfer the economic copyright in writing if you need it. An NDA too. See how we work, step by step

Questions

Questions: print design

Click a question. Straight answers.

How much does a flyer design cost?

Łukasz · Lorenc Studio

It depends on the number of pages: a single-page flyer is $55 net, a double-sided one $75 net. Print-ready files are already included in the price.

How much does a business card design cost?

Łukasz · Lorenc Studio

$55 net for a double-sided design, with print-ready files (PDF with bleed, CMYK). Business cards are also part of the logo with brand identity package.

How much does a product catalog design cost?

Łukasz · Lorenc Studio

Every catalog is different, so we quote it after the brief. Give the approximate number of pages and products in it, and say whether you have the data in a spreadsheet and the photos. You know the price before we start.

What does “print-ready files” mean?

Łukasz · Lorenc Studio

That you can send them straight to the printer. It’s a PDF with bleed, in CMYK, with embedded fonts and photos at print resolution. Do you have a specification from your printer? We’ll prepare the files to it.

Can I get the same design in another format?

Łukasz · Lorenc Studio

Yes, it’s a small change. Adapting a finished design to another format costs $10 net.

How long does a flyer or brochure design take?

Łukasz · Lorenc Studio

Usually about a week, a catalog longer, depending on the number of pages. Do you have a print or trade show date? Put it in the brief, and we’ll set the timeline around it.

Do you design labels, packaging and menus?

Łukasz · Lorenc Studio

Yes. Our portfolio includes the label and box for the Lumio face oil, a whisky box for First Choice Wines and the menu of the O Bulwa burger bar. We quote projects like these after the brief.

More about print designDetails, questions before you start, formats

Flyer, brochure or catalog

The format depends on two things: how much you have to say and where the customer gets the piece in hand.

  • Flyer (1 or 2 pages): one offer, promotion, event or opening. The customer should read it in a few seconds, for example while waiting at the register, and know what to do next.
  • DL brochure (99 × 210 mm, fits a DL envelope): the offer of your company or a few services, with room for a description, photos and contact details. It sits well in a counter display and in an envelope with an invoice.
  • Catalog: when you have many products with specs, codes and photos. A salesperson opens it during a conversation, the customer picks products from it, and after the meeting the catalog goes to them by email as a PDF.
  • Business cards and letterhead: everyday materials that the customer gets in hand or by email.

Three things matter most on each of them: what you offer, why it’s worth acting now and how to get in touch. The rest is extra. Not sure what to choose? Describe in the brief who you want to give the piece to and where, and we’ll suggest a format.

Labels, packaging, menus and posters

We also design labels, packaging, menus and posters. Our portfolio includes the logo, label and box for the Lumio face oil, the packaging for the Privet brow gel, a whisky box for First Choice Wines, the menu of the O Bulwa burger bar, a poster for the “Biało/Czarne” campaign and a poster and a program brochure for the PIMD institute.

We quote projects like these after the brief. Tell us what the product is, what format the label, packaging or menu should be and how many versions you need. We prepare the files to your printer’s specification.

Print-ready files

The design is half the work. The other half is a file prepared the way your printer requires, so nobody calls to ask about bleed. You get a print-ready PDF:

  • with bleed, that is, background that extends past the cut line, so no white strips are left at the edge,
  • in the CMYK color space, which printers print in,
  • with embedded fonts or text converted to outlines,
  • with photos at print resolution,
  • with a safety margin for text near the edges and folds.

Does your printer have its own specification (bleed, color profile, file format)? Mention it in the brief (you’ll send the file in reply to our email), and we’ll prepare the files to it.

Color on screen and on paper always differs a bit. For brand colors and a larger print run, order a proof before the whole run goes to press. A proof costs less than a whole run in the wrong shade.

Product catalog design

A catalog is first of all order in the data, and only then graphics. Before we start the layout, we agree on the structure with you: categories, product order, page layout and what must always be on a page (a photo, a name, a code, specs, a price). Every page keeps the same layout, so the next edition comes together faster: the data changes, not the design.

Decide right away, too, whether prices go in the catalog or in a separate price list. Prices change more often than products, and you can update a separate price list without reprinting the whole catalog.

It’s best to send the data in a spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets) and the product photos in full resolution, named as in the spreadsheet. Then no photo ends up under the wrong product, even when two models look the same in the picture.

What to prepare before we start

The brief at the bottom of the page (four short steps) or a 30-minute call is enough. These will help with the design:

  • text, even a rough draft, in a file or an email,
  • your logo as a vector file and your company colors,
  • photos in full resolution, not downloaded from social media or a website (phone photos work too, if they’re sharp and well lit),
  • the format and print method, if you already know them,
  • the date by which the piece should be printed.

After the brief we give you a price and a timeline. We handle design and layout from start to finish, so revisions go straight to the designer who knows the whole file. Nobody takes it over halfway and learns it from scratch.
