After the brief

What happens after the brief

We read your brief ourselves, with no middlemen. In reply you get a proposed scope, a net price and a timeline, so you know right away where you stand. If something is missing, we call or suggest a short call. You don’t need a finished spec: just tell us what your company does, what needs to be made and by when.

You don’t have to travel anywhere. We work remotely with companies across Poland, Europe and the US: we talk by phone or video and send files and revisions by email. There’s little paperwork; a brief and an email with what we agreed are usually enough. On request, we’ll prepare a contract, an NDA or a transfer of economic copyright before we start. Projects under $1,000 are paid on completion with no deposit; larger ones are 50% upfront and the rest on delivery.
