How much does a project cost?
In numbers: a logo from $315, a logo with brand identity from $505, a business website (home page and 4 subpages) from $920 net. Business clients outside Poland are invoiced without Polish VAT. You can get a ballpark price for your scope right away in the quote on this page. We give you the exact price after the brief and stick to it unless you change the scope.
When do I pay?
Projects under $1,000: at the end, when your files are ready, with no deposit. Larger projects: 50% upfront and 50% when you get the files. All prices are net, in USD. Business clients outside Poland are invoiced without Polish VAT. Payment by bank transfer against an invoice.
Do we sign a contract?
We don’t have to, but we can. A brief and an email with what we agreed are usually enough. If you need a contract, an NDA or a copyright transfer, we’ll prepare it before we start.
How long does a project take?
It depends on what we’re doing. Roughly: a logo about 2 weeks, a logo with brand identity 2–3 weeks, a business website 3–4 weeks, a flyer or social posts about a week. You get the exact timeline in the quote, together with the price. Feedback matters too: the faster it comes back, the faster we finish. Have a date that can’t move? Mention it in the project description in the brief.
Do you work remotely?
Yes, every day. The studio is in Silesia, Poland, and we design for companies across Poland, Europe and the US. We talk by phone or video and send files by email. You don’t have to go anywhere.
Do you use AI?
Yes, as a tool, not instead of a designer. With AI we review the market faster, check more variants, and make mockups and website prototypes. We finish the vector mark, typography and print files by hand, because that’s where craft counts. You won’t get a logo generated from a single prompt, and the price doesn’t change because of AI.
What do I need to prepare?
You don’t need a finished spec. Your company name, a few sentences about what you do and a couple of examples you like, even from another industry, are enough. We’ll ask about the rest.
